What payment options do you offer?
You can fund your account using:
- A credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express)
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link in select locations
- Bank transfer/wire
How will I keep track of my usage?
You'll have access to a client dashboard, which details all your activity and balance.
Please note that all non-administrative interaction (including live sessions, content reviews, email correspondence, etc.) contributes towards hour usage.
How long will my package be valid?
All packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If needed, you can also extend your package for an additional 12 months, subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Can I use my balance on other Grad Coach services?
Yes. You can use any balance that has not yet expired on our express services.
Can I transfer my balance to a friend?
Yes. You can transfer any unused, active balance (i.e., not expired) to a friend, provided they are an existing coaching client.
Can I just purchase one hour?
Yes, we do offer a single-hour rate. However, it is far more cost-effective to purchase a package.
Can I get a refund for any unused balance?
You can request a refund of your unused balance up to six months from the date of purchase, subject to our standard terms and conditions.
