Explainer: Packaged Hours

Each package includes a set number of support hours:

Single hour purchases comprise their face value.

You can use these hours in various ways

Email Support

Email your coach to ask questions whenever you need a helping hand.

You can mix and match as you need.

For live sessions and email support, you’ll be billed according to the time spent. For content reviews, you’ll be billed approximately 1 hour for every 1500 words reviewed.

You can convert any leftovers.

Any unused balance can be converted for use on language editing and proofreading, audio transcription and/or qualitative coding.

If you plan to use these services, it’s a good idea to purchase a larger package as you’ll benefit from the discounted hourly rate.
