Here’s how it works:
Step One
Work with your assigned coach for at least three live sessions.
Step Two
If you’re not entirely satisfied, reach out to us to request a replacement.
Step Three
We’ll carefully review your situation and assign a new coach. If we can’t do that, we’ll refund your balance.
