If we approve your written work for submission and it doesn’t achieve a pass grade, we’ll give your full coaching spend back to you.

If you’re not happy with your coach, we’ll assign a new coach to your project. If we can’t do that, we’ll give your unused balance back to you.
The Pass Or Pay Guarantee
Step One
Work with your coach to implement their recommendations.
Step Two
When you’re ready, submit your written work for a Final Review (FR).
Step Three
In the FR, we’ll review your work and rate it as Ready For Submission or Revision Required.
Step Four
If we approve your work and it fails, we’ll help you submit an appeal. If the appeal fails, we’ll refund your full coaching spend.

Step One
Work with your assigned coach for at least three live sessions.
Step Two
If you’re not entirely satisfied, reach out to us to request a replacement.
Step Three
