The roundtable is a Grad Coach initiative that spotlights the voices of dissertation/thesis advisors, chairs and related educators who are involved in shaping the next generation of researchers.

Simply share a short piece of advice (3–4 sentences) on a topic area of your choice. Submission only takes a minute. We’ll handle the rest: editing, formatting, and publication across our extensive network.

What’s the Research Leaders Roundtable?

It’s a written expert-insight series of educational articles published by Grad Coach.

Each article brings together short contributions (2–4 sentences) from supervisors, chairs, and advisors on a focused topic related to dissertation success. These articles cover everything from research topic ideation to literature, review, methodology and more. 

Who can contribute?

Current or former dissertation supervisors, advisors, committee members or educators involved in teaching research skills at the Master’s or Doctoral level.

What's required of me?

Just share a short response to a single question (e.g., “What’s a common but costly mistake students make in their literature review?”).
We’ll take care of editing, design, and publication.

On GradCoach.com, in our faculty roundup article series, newsletter, and across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, and X).
