How exactly does it work?
As a Grad Coach Ambassador, you’ll be issued a unique access link which you can share with your student network.
This access link gives students direct access to our Research Powerpack, which includes:
- Research Blueprint mini-courses (worth $1000+)
- Dissertation templates, and worksheets
- Detailed chapter checklists
- Easy-to-follow explainer videos and tutorials
- Personalized readiness assessments
Each student who uses your access link will automatically be associated with your account, ensuring that you’re always rewarded for spreading the word.
How much can I earn?
Grad Coach Ambassadors are compensated as follows:
- $1 per qualifying student who uses your access link
- $100 per student who engages in private coaching
A student is considered qualified if they are a postgraduate, adult learner based in the US, Canada, United Kingdom or Ireland. “Postgraduate” includes master’s and doctoral students, and “adult learner” includes learners 26 years or older.
Referrals are tracked using your access link. Payments are issued on a monthly schedule via PayPal or bank wire. You can also opt to have your university or department compensated (instead of yourself).
Do students pay for anything?
All the resources your students access through your access link — including the Research Blueprints — are completely free.
If a student wishes to engage in private coaching (completely optional), standard pricing applies.
Who is this program for?
The Ambassador Program is ideal for anyone with a network of postgraduate students undertaking academic research (e.g., dissertations, theses, research papers, etc.). This includes:
- Currently enrolled postgraduate students, student reps, and leaders.
- Educators, course admins, tutors, librarians, research advisors, supervisors, etc.
- Support-group admins on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord, and WhatsApp.
If you engage with research students in any capacity, you’re welcome to apply.
Do I need to promote private coaching?
No. The program is focused on sharing free resources. You are never expected or required to promote coaching or any other paid offerings.
Is there any admin work for me?
None at all. You simply share your dedicated access link. We handle sign-ups, access, tracking, and support. We’ll also provide you with detailed analytics to keep track of your performance.
Can I share my link in large online groups?
Yes. Many Grad Coach Ambassadors share their links in Facebook groups, LinkedIn communities, Discord servers, and other student support spaces. It’s an easy way to help large numbers of learners at once.
Does this make me a Grad Coach employee or representative?
No. You’re simply sharing our free tools with your audience. There are no obligations, commitments, or formal affiliations.
Are there any minimum commitments?
No. You can join, pause, or stop whenever you like. There are no minimum activity requirements.
