Mike Vargas is Principal Consultant at Atlas Project Support LLC with 18+ years in sustainability and project management. Holding a Doctorate in Education Leadership, he’s a certified Google/IBM Project Manager and serves as Project Manager at Veregy and Visiting Professor at DeVry University.
Dr Derya Turkkorkmaz
Derya Cenker Turkkorkmaz, Ph.D, PGLTHE, FHEA, is Managing Director at ManAsset and Director at AON Assessment-TR. An Organisational Sociologist specializing in M&A HR transitions and cultural adaptation, she’s also a keynote speaker and senior lecturer at European School of Economics and ISCID-CO.
Dr Robert Phillips
Robert Phillips is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester, where he’s been teaching since 2004. He teaches at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervises master’s and doctoral students, and presents regularly at conferences worldwide. Robert runs the Research to Enterprise program.

Chris Ewing is an International IT Program Manager with extensive experience in healthcare technology, operations management, and higher education. He served eight years in the United States Air Force, including roles as Missile Combat Crew Commander and Electronic Warfare Officer in Iraq.
Dr Jean Mandernach
Jean is Executive Director of the Center for Innovation in Research and Teaching at Grand Canyon University, a position she’s held since 2010. She also serves as a Professor at the university, teaching and developing initiatives to support online faculty. Jean’s expertise focuses on higher education, adult education, and curriculum development.
Dr Jenni Rose
Jenni Rose is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Lead for Employability at Alliance Manchester Business School, where she’s worked since 2015. A qualified accountant with the ICAEW, she worked in audit with KPMG before transitioning to the firm’s Learning and Development team.Â
Katherine Faulkner
Katherine Faulkner is an Adjunct Professor at the College of Global Studies at Arcadia University, where she’s taught since 2013. She’s also a Visiting Lecturer at the Courtauld Institute of Art, teaching courses on Modern Sculpture in London and co-teaching a master’s course on art, science, and the Aesthetic Movement in Britain.
Dr Lisa Oluyinka
Lisa Oluyinka is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Greenwich, where she’s worked since 2024, and founder of FLO Development Academy, providing leadership, management, and career development consultancy. A registered learning disability nurse, Lisa has extensive experience in NHS roles and academic positions.Â

Dr Monica Mastrantonio Martins is a chartered psychologist with the British Psychological Society and has been a licensed psychologist in private practice since 1993. She currently works as a Dissertation Supervisor in Business Psychology at Arden University and a Research Advisor at Indigo Research.
Dr Patricia Bleich
Patricia Bleich has been a Professor in the Allied Health Online Division at Keiser University since 2009. Her role includes assisting students with internship placements in medical facilities. She previously served as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Keiser University’s Melbourne campus and as Associate Dean for Allied Health.

Piotr Konwicki is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire, where he’s taught since 2019. He has extensive academic experience teaching finance and economics modules at various levels across multiple institutions, including previous roles at the University of Bedfordshire, BPP Business School, and the University of West London.Â
Dr Sumara Kahn
Sumara Khan is a Senior Lecturer and Level 6/7 Dissertation Lead at Coventry University London, where she’s worked since 2015. She also serves as Chief External Examiner for Business Provision at Birmingham Newman University, a role she’s held since 2005. Sumara lectures across multiple institutions, including the University of Plymouth.
