FAQs
Who can give a testimonial?
If you’ve had at least three hours of engagement with us, you’re welcome to give a testimonial. If not, please wait until you have.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. In most cases, a phone or laptop is ample. We’ll help you get the best angle and lighting so that you look great.
Do I need to wear something specific?
Nope. Come as you are 🙂
I'm a bit awkward on camera - can I still do this?
We’ll help you overcome the nerves and make the process as easy as possible for you. We will also edit out any major bloopers.
Will I be asked to say specific things?
Absolutely not. We want the honest truth.
Will the video be edited?
We’ll undertake some basic editing to make the video more engaging – e.g., remove long pauses, filler words, tangential discussions, etc.
Where will this be published?
Your testimonial will be posted on our website and refered to in our marketing materials to help other students make informed decisions about working with Grad Coach.
