Meet Clint Ramirez Stephens (PhD)
Clint is an accomplished educator, researcher, and program leader with 17 years of experience in quantitative research and also qualitative research. Holding a Ph.D. in Education and a strong background in leadership studies, assessment, and program evaluation, he has mentored dozens of postgraduates students through to succesfully finishing their research projects.
Dr. Ramirez Stephens’ approach to coaching is both structured and student-centered. He combines analytical expertise with a people-focused mindset, ensuring that students receive clear, actionable guidance while maintaining ownership of their work.

Experience
Clint has held leadership roles in academia and research, including serving as Chair of the Ph.D. program where he advises over 50 doctoral students. He has extensive experience teaching graduate-level research methods courses, developing doctoral courses, and coaching doctoral students to successful completion.
His experience extends beyond academia- he has led assessment teams and developed iOS apps for qualitative research. Outside of professional work, he volunteers with the local juvenile court, serves on school district committees, and helps on his parents’ family farm.
Qualifications
Clint earned his Ph.D. in Education from Iowa State University, an M.S. in Counseling from Oklahoma State University, and a B.S. in Business from Kansas State University. He teaches research methods and statistics at the graduate level and has published numerous peer-reviewed research papers.
