Experience
Lani has held diverse roles in education, from school administrator to university lecturer and business development manager. She’s led faculty teams, taught psychology and research courses, and consulted on strategic academic initiatives. In recent years, she has supported doctoral students through every stage of their research, particularly those in education and the social sciences. Her career also spans community engagement, DEI initiatives, and the financial sector, where she has demonstrated strengths in project leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Lani holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Oral Roberts University, where she conducted phenomenological research exploring intercultural competence among U.S. Military Academy cadets. She also holds a Master of Education in Community Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her academic record is exemplary, with top distinctions throughout. Beyond her degrees, she has completed training in eLearning design and data analysis in Excel & VBA, and holds professional certifications in mortgage loan origination and financial services, adding depth and versatility to her coaching approach.
