Having lectured and tutored students for over 10 years in various business-related subjects, including management, marketing and research skills, Cristina is no stranger to the research within the social sciences. She has published her work in multiple peer-reviewed journals, and has even written two textbooks. In short, she knows what constitutes good research.

Experience
Over the last 10 years, Cristina has worked in educational roles at various universities, including Texas A&M International University, Tiffin University (Ohio), and Saint Leo University (Florida). She has taught a variety of business and management-related topics, as well as broader research skills for the social sciences. She has guided many students through their research projects, including dissertations, theses and capstone projects, as well as doctoral studies for more applied programs (e.g., DBAs).
Cristina’s research experience spans both the qualitative and quantitative domains, including phenomenological research, case studies, and survey research. Her research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals and she has written two textbooks, as well as a children’s book.

Qualifications
Cristina completed her B.A. in Business Administration at Saint Leo University in 2011. She then went on to complete her MBA, also at Saint Leo, before undertaking her DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration) at Walden University, which she completed in 2016. More recently, she has completed Google’s UX Design certification program. Cristina is also a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, as well as a Golden Key International Honour Society member.
